Welcome to the Lake City-Columbia County Historical Museum.
The Museum has resumed its regular hours: Thursdays and Saturdays between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
We will be closed on Saturday May 22, 2015 for the Memorial Day Holiday.

General Info. The museum is located in an 1870’s era house in Downtown Lake City, FL. It contains exhibits related to the history of this Northern Florida County. The House belonged to the Vinzant family and a portion of the house is devoted to the family’s history. In addition to various artifacts, the museum also offers genealogical research, tours, and exhibition. For more information, please see our About Us page.

Hours of operation: Thursday & Saturday 10am-1pm

The Museum has resumed its regular operating hours on Thursdays and Saturdays. Please call before you visit to confirm that we are open.
